Job Summary
Provide clinical product and technical support for robotic arm applications during surgical procedures, including on-site guidance, training for surgeons and OR staff, and ongoing customer education. Utilize proprietary software to prepare pre-operative CT scans for implant planning and sizing, troubleshoot product issues, and collaborate with Sales and Marketing to highlight clinical benefits and strengthen relationships with targeted accounts. Role involves frequent travel (up to 100%), with work options described as remote, hybrid, or onsite; primary location is Delhi, India.
Required Qualifications
- B. Tech Biomedical or Similar education
- 1.5 to 5 years of work experience
- Clinical support experience (e.g., medical field technician, application specialist)
- Strong customer focus
- High stress resistance and problem-solving skills
- Detail-oriented, fast learner
- Fluent in English
- 100% travel requirement
