Job Summary
Conduct forensic review and analysis of relevant documents, focusing on liability, quantum, and causation. Assist in drafting strategic legal advice, instruct medical experts, and liaise with clients. Draft correspondence to clients, courts, and witnesses while attending court to support counsel. Manage a reduced caseload of litigated motor files and assist Partners and team members where required. Contribute to business development initiatives by drafting articles, blog pieces, e-shots, and presentations. Work 35 hours per week, Monday through Friday, with flexible arrangements available.
Required Qualifications
- Qualified solicitor
- Relevant legal experience
- Litigation experience
- Excellent communication skills
- Excellent forensic skills
- Excellent organisation skills
- Ability to prioritise under pressure
- Previous experience of time recording
- Ability to work as part of a team
- Ability to work independently
