Job Summary
Associate Motion Designer to join our creative team and help bring ideas to life through motion, animation, and digital experiences. You will support motion content across campaigns, assist in storyboards and style frames, collaborate with cross-functional teammates, and help integrate AI tools to accelerate asset velocity and drive innovation. The role emphasizes hands-on motion work, strong craft, storytelling, and continuous skill development. Requirements include 1+ year of professional motion design experience, a strong portfolio, proficiency with Figma and After Effects (Premiere a plus), and a Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Animation, or related field (or equivalent practical experience). The team operates with EST hours and includes offices in Buenos Aires, Argentina, as well as US-based collaboration; you will contribute to video production, sound design exploration, and production workflows while growing your motion craft through feedback and collaboration.
Required Qualifications
- 1+ years of professional experience in Motion Design or similar
- Strong portfolio showcasing motion design and animation
- Proficiency with Figma and Adobe After Effects; Adobe Premiere a plus
- Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Animation, or related field, or equivalent practical experience
- Ability to collaborate with Motion Designers, Art Directors, Copywriters, Visual Designers, and cross-functional teams
- Interest in AI-assisted workflows and emerging motion technologies
- Knowledge of storytelling, typography, color, layout
- Ability to contribute to storyboard development, style frames, and motion explorations
- Experience in video production, editing, and post-production workflows
- Sound design and music selection involvement
