Job Summary
Deliver a highly satisfied customer experience by engaging with all shoppers, embodying customer experience principles, and maintaining a clean, organized store environment. Adhere to operational, merchandise, and loss prevention standards while accurately ringing purchases, returns, and change. Process merchandise for the sales floor, initiate store recovery, and uphold merchandising philosophy. Participate in safety awareness, shrink reduction goals, and multi-area cross-training as needed. Work a flexible schedule supporting business needs, with a starting pay of $13.00 to $13.50 per hour.
