Job Summary
Provide outpatient individual and family therapy, conduct culturally sensitive assessments, and develop crisis, safety, relapse prevention, and wellness plans to support clients. Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team including psychiatrists, nurse practitioners, and dietitians; participate in case consultations, meetings, and discharge planning; ensure timely completion of billing, documentation, and insurance authorization forms. Opportunities for supervision and ongoing professional development are available, with a focus on ethical practice, confidentiality, and building rapport with diverse clients.
Required Qualifications
- Master’s degree in Social Work, Counseling, Marriage and Family Therapy, or a related field. Candidates who have completed their education and have applied for or will apply for licensure can be considered.
