Job Summary
Conduct behavioral health services using evidence-based practices with clients of all ages, maintaining a full-time caseload of 25 one-hour sessions weekly. Assist in transitioning to full licensure by July 1, 2027, while utilizing outsourced supervision stipends. Operate onsite at the Portland office within a collaborative environment that balances autonomy and security. Represent the company professionally as a brand ambassador, ensuring exceptional service delivery to the community.
Required Qualifications
- Master's in social work, Professional Counseling, Family Therapy, or other qualified degree
- License in Oregon: LPCA, CSWA, AMFT
- demonstrate a clear path to obtaining full licensure (LPC, LMFT, or LCSW) by July 1, 2027
- Providing behavioral health services using evidence-based practices to clients of all ages
- expertise in working with any age group, from children to adults
- Location: Onsite at our Portland office
- Full-Time, W-2 Employee
- 25-client caseload per week
- 25 one-hour sessions
- A background check will be performed on all hires, post offer
- Employment is contingent upon passing this check
- act as a brand ambassador, consistently representing the company and its leadership positively and professionally
