Job Summary
Understand client requirements and project goals to ensure alignment with deliverables and timelines. Identify, recruit, and screen subject matter experts for qualitative and quantitative research projects using tools such as LinkedIn Sales Navigator and industry databases. Coordinate and schedule consultations while maintaining accurate calendars, submit expert profiles for internal review and client approval, and maintain detailed records of experts including payment information and compliance documentation. Address expert queries regarding onboarding, payments, and project processes in a timely manner, ensuring compliance with internal policies and information security standards throughout project execution. Collaborate across international teams to strengthen client relationships while managing multiple stakeholders.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in management sciences, Business Administration, or a related field
- 2–4 years of relevant work experience
