Associate Memeber Services Representative

Associate Member Services Representative (MSR) at SECU is an entry-level role focused on foundational branch operations and exemplary member service. Responsibilities include processing transactions, balancing a cash drawer, operating a drive-through, handling cash and check deposits, processing wire transfers (foreign and domestic), ordering/returning foreign currency, assisting with basic account openings under supervision, responding to member inquiries in person, by phone, and digitally, and learning CXone along with basic financial products (insurance, retirement planning, investment services, trust, mortgage). The role emphasizes adherence to security, confidentiality, and regulatory requirements, plus ongoing training and attendance.
