Associate Member Services Representative

Entry-level Associate Member Services Representative at SECU, performing routine branch duties with focus on exemplary member service across in-person, telephone, and digital channels. Responsibilities include processing transactions, balancing a cash drawer, drive-through operations, balancing vault/ATMs, handling wire transfers and foreign currency, assisting with account openings under supervision, learning CXone and basic financial product knowledge (insurance, retirement planning, investment services, mortgage services), and maintaining documentation and records while adhering to security, privacy, and policy requirements. Requires strong communication, problem-solving, and teamwork, with mandatory regular attendance and participation in ongoing training to support branch operations and member support.
