Job Summary
Lead the end-to-end management of cross-functional implementations and projects within Oscar Health's Member & Provider Services Optimization team. Responsible for project plan creation, stakeholder engagement, cross-functional relationship management, edge case mitigation, and on-time completion. Analyze and interpret departmental data, develop and monitor metrics, and implement mitigation strategies. Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to enable proactive implementation, communications, and change-management strategies. Mentor team members and support professional development while ensuring compliance with applicable laws and regulations. Report to the Associate Director, MPSO - Optimization. This is a fully remote role with potential future hybrid work in the metro area (Dallas, TX). Pay range: $87,188 - $114,434 per year plus benefits, unlimited vacation, and bonuses.
Required Qualifications
- 3+ years of work experience in Health insurance
- 2+ years of experience with end-to-end project management
- 2+ years of experience designing and improving workflows and standing up accompanying operating and technical procedures
- A bachelor's degree or 3+ years commensurate experience
- Bonus points: Lean Six Sigma Green Belt certification or higher
- 2+ years of experience using data software such as Excel, SQL, Python or other data analytics tools
