Job Summary
Lead end-to-end cross-functional implementations/projects; design, optimization, and implementation of processes and improvements to operations to support organizational goals; collect and document business requirements, build and manage project plans, document key decisions, manage governance, apply frameworks, analyze data, and develop risk mitigation strategies across multiple projects and stakeholders; report to Associate Director, MPSO - Optimization. Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to drive change management and risk mitigation; mentor team members; ensure compliance with laws and regulations; additional duties as assigned.
Required Qualifications
- 3+ years of work experience in Health insurance
- 2+ years of experience with end-to-end project management
- 2+ years of experience designing and improving workflows and standing up accompanying operating and technical procedures
- A Bachelor's degree or 3+ years commensurate experience
