Associate, Member and Provider Optimization

Join Oscar Health as the Associate, Member and Provider Optimization to lead cross-functional implementations, manage project plans, collect and document business requirements, mentor team members, ensure compliance with applicable laws and regulations, and drive optimization of operations within a health-insurance context. You will build and manage project governance, apply frameworks, analyze data, communicate risk mitigation strategies across multiple projects, and collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to enable successful change management and program execution. The role requires a hybrid work schedule with in-office Mondays through Thursdays and strong capabilities in project management, process design/improvement, stakeholder engagement, data analysis (SQL/Python/Excel), and governance. You will report to the Associate Director, MPSO - Optimization, and contribute to the department through metrics development, edge case mitigation, and cross-team collaboration.
