Job Summary
Associate, Member and Provider Optimization at Oscar Health is responsible for leading cross-functional implementations/projects, designing and optimizing operations processes, gathering and documenting business requirements, managing project plans and governance, and communicating risk mitigation strategies across multiple stakeholders. Required Qualifications
- 3+ years of work experience in Health insurance
- 2+ years of experience with end-to-end project management
- 2+ years of experience designing and improving workflows and standing up accompanying operating and technical procedures
- A bachelor's degree or 3+ years commensurate experience
- Bonus points: Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Business Administration, or related field
- Lean Six Sigma Green Belt certification or higher
- 2+ years of experience using data software such as Excel, SQL, Python or other data analytics tools
