Associate, Member and Provider Optimization

Lead end-to-end management of cross-functional implementations, including project plan creation, stakeholder engagement, and cross-functional relationship management to drive collaboration and on-time completion. Evaluate departmental performance by creating, gathering, and analyzing data to assist in developing metrics and implementing mitigation strategies. Collaboratively work with partner groups to create proactive implementation, communications, and program strategies for successful change management and risk mitigation. Mentor team members and promote colleagues' growth while ensuring compliance with all applicable laws and regulations. Report to the Associate Director, MPSO - Optimization, based in our New York office with a hybrid schedule of three in-office days per week.
