Associate Medical Director, US Medical Affairs – Neuroscience

Serve as the Medical Affairs representative for the Spravato REMS program, providing medical input and managing the consulting committee's agenda and scientific content. Review and evaluate Investigator-Initiated Study concepts, champion prioritized concepts through review and funding, and monitor study progress. Provide oversight of continuing medical education processes to ensure scientific quality and compliance. Contribute to and lead the development of abstracts and manuscripts as author or reviewer. Partner with Medical Communications and Scientific Exchange teams on content development, and consult on scientific content to support field medical education. Address medical questions and educational gaps arising from field insights, and support the fulfillment of medical information needs from field medical and commercial teams. This role works closely with the Medical Director, Spravato, and cross-functional partners in US and Global Medical Affairs, Medical Communications, Scientific Exchange, Medical Information, Field Medical, RWV&E, and Commercial. Approximately 10% to 20% annual travel is required (primarily domestic, occasionally international). This position is located in Titusville, NJ and follows a hybrid schedule of three days in the office and up to two days remote per week.
