Collaborate with operational leaders to optimize care delivery, promote evidence-based practices, and lead regional strategies for population health management and value-based reimbursement. Engage in initiatives such as telehealth and home-based care, ensure regulatory compliance, and mentor individual practices to support performance improvement.
