Job Summary

Oversee all aspects of healthcare delivery, regulatory compliance, quality, and efficiency at the assigned CVCH site, including supervising assigned medical providers and participating in shared call systems. Formulate, implement, and supervise the Center's Health Care Plan based on community medical needs and demographics, reviewing it annually. Evaluate physicians, physician assistants, and nurse practitioners through quarterly rounding and scorecard metrics, while chairing provider meetings to align staff with corporate goals. Serve as a preceptor for healthcare professionals in training and maintain a liaison relationship between medical staff and the local hospital administrator. Advise the Chief Medical Officer on personnel deployment and operational protocols, partnering with the clinic manager on budget tracking and strategic planning. Maintain full patient load in accordance with FTE allotment, ensuring compliance with state/federal guidelines, Joint Commission standards, and HIPAA regulations.

Required Qualifications

  • Must be a graduate of an accredited medical school
  • Must have completed a residency program
  • Must be a board-certified primary care physician
  • Must possess current, valid unrestricted license to practice medicine in the State of Washington
  • Must have a valid DEA license
  • Basic Life Support (BLS) required
  • Must possess experience in a leadership role which demonstrates administrative responsibilities in a progressive health care facility
  • Experience working in a community health center or managed care environment
  • English fluency required
  • Ability to manage sensitive and confidential information
