Job Summary
Medical leadership role overseeing clinical strategy, operations, and value-based care initiatives. Develops and drives strategy for varied Health Care initiatives, leads provider engagement, credentialing, utilization and case management, and data-driven performance improvements. Represents BCNC in communications with providers, employers, and community groups; collaborates with internal partners and external vendors to advance healthcare quality and affordability. Requires MD or DO, 5+ years of related experience, and North Carolina medical license or ability to obtain post-hire; board certification required. Hybrid Flex or remote work aligned with Durham HQ distance; salary range $191,153–$305,845.
Required Qualifications
- MD or DO from an accredited medical school
- completion of residency training program
- 5+ years of experience in related field
- Current North Carolina medical license required or ability to obtain after hire
- Board certification in ABMS/AOA recognized clinical specialty is required
