Job Summary
Provide clinical guidance and mentorship to physicians, nurse practitioners, and physician assistants while supervising and evaluating staff to foster professional development. Lead quality improvement initiatives, peer reviews, and patient safety strategies to uphold standards of care and improve clinical outcomes. Contribute to corporate-level planning, drive clinical program development, and partner with the Chief Medical Officer on recruitment and workforce planning. Collaborate on budget planning to optimize resources and demonstrate fiscal literacy. Advocate for work-life balance, monitor clinical workloads to prevent burnout, and promote staff well-being. Requires a current Vermont medical license and demonstrated leadership skills. On-call rotation averages three weeks per year.
Required Qualifications
