Job Summary
Design and develop integrated mechanical, electrical, and software systems for production lines by specifying, designing, procuring, and building manufacturing equipment. Analyze system performance, refine designs, and troubleshoot issues while ensuring compliance with safety and industry standards, including GxP regulations. Implement control systems for automation and integrate hardware components such as sensors and actuators. Maintain accurate documentation and adhere to Standard Operating Procedures.
Required Qualifications
- 5 years' experience in designing high precision, automated production equipment
- Proficient in SolidWorks
- Strong knowledge in GD&T (Geometric Dimensioning and Tolerancing)
- Hands-on experience with hardware integration of sensors, actuators, and mechanical components
- MTO (small to medium) experience in the optical industry
- Experience in designing high precision, automated production equipment
- Proficient in SolidWorks and PDM
- Background in Automation Engineers or Industrial Automation Engineers
