Associate - Mechanical leads the strategy, oversight, and delivery of building services projects (HVAC, electrical, plumbing, fire safety) to meet timelines, budgets, and quality. Defines and implements technical strategies aligned with organizational goals; manages end-to-end technical delivery; champions innovation and sustainable practices; ensures compliance with regulatory codes, safety standards, and environmental guidelines. Mentors and leads technical teams, fosters collaboration, and drives continuous improvement. Collaborates with architects, contractors, and clients to deliver integrated solutions and proactively identifies and mitigates technical risks throughout project lifecycles.
