Job Summary

Respond to live system and transactional issues disrupting material flow across warehouses by troubleshooting real-time exceptions and correcting routine discrepancies within approved processes. Investigate root causes of transaction gaps, document findings, and escalate high-impact or repeat failures for permanent correction. Partner directly with operations, planners, and group leaders to stabilize issues quickly, reinforce training, and maintain accurate material visibility between system and physical conditions. Track patterns tied to shift, area, or user behavior to communicate correction opportunities. This entry-level role supports Material Supply and requires candidates open to 1st and 2nd shifts, with a starting salary of $26.00 - $28.50/hour for Illinois-based applicants.

Required Qualifications

  • High school diploma or GED
  • Experience in warehouse, inventory control, material handling, production support, or Material Supply operations
  • Working knowledge of warehouse processes, inventory movement, and operational material flow
  • Strong attention to detail and the ability to compare system conditions against physical conditions on the floor
  • Ability to troubleshoot calmly in a fast-paced environment and prioritize line-impacting issues with urgency
  • Strong communication skills and the ability to work across team members, leads, planners, and leadership
  • Basic analytical capability with the ability to identify patterns, likely causes, and next-step actions
  • Willingness to work in an operational environment and respond directly to support needs
  • Basic to intermediate Excel and/or reporting-tool capability
  • Candidates need to be open to 1st and 2nd shift

Desired Qualifications

  • Experience using SAP, EWM, Fiori, DPS, or similar warehouse or manufacturing systems
  • Experience researching missing parts, correcting inventory discrepancies, or resolving material flow issues
  • Experience supporting audits, process follow-up, or exception tracking
  • Prior exposure to root-cause problem solving or continuous improvement
  • Experience serving as a trainer, process point person, or system super user
  • Associate degree or coursework in supply chain, operations, analytics, business, or a related field
