Job Summary
Prepare metallographic samples, operate X-ray diffraction and scanning electron microscopes, and perform hardness and chemical composition testing. Conduct Level 1 bearing analysis, support SEM and EDS particle analysis, and communicate with customers and stakeholders to collect inputs and conclude root cause analysis. Coordinate equipment calibration and preventive maintenance, monitor environmental conditions, and ensure compliance with quality management systems including proficiency testing. Participate in 5S, bridge meetings, and continuous improvement initiatives while adhering to EHS protocols.
Required Qualifications
- 3- 6 Years
- Diploma in metallurgical engineering streams
- Industry Type: Industrial or Automotive
- Hands-on experience metallographic sample preparation
