Job Summary
Own the day-to-day social presence by creating short-form video, photography, and graphics while maintaining a consistent Cellcom brand voice. Capture authentic moments at events, manage the social content calendar, and publish daily across Instagram, Facebook, and LinkedIn. Monitor conversations, engage with followers, track performance using analytics, and optimize reach through content repurposing. Build relationships with customers, creators, and brand ambassadors by managing influencer partnerships and collaborating with internal teams and agencies. Identify and escalate customer care or reputation issues as needed. This role supports Cellcom's connection to the communities we serve through authentic storytelling.
Required Qualifications
- 3–5 years in social media, content creation, communications or marketing
- Strong writing, photography, video and visual storytelling skills
- Experience managing social channels including Instagram, Facebook and LinkedIn
- Proficiency with content creation tools such as Canva, Adobe Creative Suite and social management platforms
- Comfortable working on-site at events and collaborating across teams
- Organized, adaptable and able to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment
