Job Summary
Plan and deliver China-focused marketing campaigns to support submission and author engagement for journals; manage multi-channel digital campaigns across key channels in China; adapt content and messaging for local audiences; optimise channel mix to improve reach, engagement and performance; monitor campaign performance using data and market insights; collaborate with global and local teams across Marketing Strategy, Planning, Operations, Data, and editorial; build scalable marketing practices and campaign workflows; contribute to best practices for China marketing.
Required Qualifications
- Experience in digital marketing across multiple channels (e.g. search, social, third-party platforms)
- Hands-on experience delivering and optimising campaigns
- Good understanding of the China digital ecosystem and user behaviour
- Ability to work with data to evaluate performance and improve campaigns
- Strong communication skills in both Mandarin and English, with confidence working with global teams
- Ability to manage multiple projects and shifting priorities
- A proactive and solution-focused mindset
- University degree or equivalent experience
