Job Summary
China-focused marketer to plan and deliver digital campaigns that connect researchers with journals and support submission growth in China. Plan and execute tactical marketing plans, align global priorities with China market needs, manage multi-channel campaigns (search, social, third-party platforms), optimise channel mix for reach and impact, monitor performance with data-driven insights, coordinate with Marketing Strategy/Planning/Operations/Data and global local publishing teams, and build scalable marketing practices for China.
Required Qualifications
- University degree or equivalent experience
- Experience in digital marketing across multiple channels (e.g. search, social, third-party platforms)
- Hands-on experience delivering and optimising campaigns
- Good understanding of the China digital ecosystem and user behaviour
- Ability to work with data to evaluate performance and improve campaigns
- Strong communication skills in Mandarin and English
