Job Summary
Coordinate marketing projects from planning through execution, ensuring timelines and deliverables are met. Support advertising, promotions, retail programs, digital marketing, and customer events while maintaining brand consistency. Assist with new product launches, packaging updates, and lifecycle activities by developing sales presentations, sell sheets, and customer support materials. Prepare dashboards, KPI reporting, and business performance summaries using Nielsen and Scintilla data to support annual planning and program evaluations. Partner with Sales, Product Management, Supply Chain, and external agencies to deliver initiatives within budget. Maintain marketing assets, manage budgets and purchase orders, and identify process improvements for efficiency.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field
- 3+ years of marketing experience
- Experience supporting product launches, marketing campaigns, or commercialization activities
- Experience with syndicated data (Nielsen, Circana, Scintilla) or similar market data tools
- Strong project management, communication, and organizational skills
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret business and market data
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office, particularly Excel and PowerPoint
- Sitting approximately 85% of the workday
- Standing/walking approximately 15% of the workday
- Travel up to 10% as needed
