Job Summary
Associate Managing Consultant in Mastercard's Advisors & Consulting Services, Strategy & Transformation leads deliverable development and client engagement across industries, developing strategies and programs by leveraging data and technology to unlock client value. Responsible for managing client relationships, leading or co-leading project management, mentoring junior delivery consultants, delivering influential client presentations, and contributing to intellectual capital and solution development. Roles span Strategy & Transformation, Performance Analytics, Business Experimentation, Marketing, and Program Management with a focus on improving clients' strategy, performance, and operations. The position requires formal education in a relevant field, strong numerical capabilities, proficiency in Word/Excel/PowerPoint, and the ability to manage multiple tasks across multiple clients in a fast-paced environment.
Required Qualifications
- Basic qualifications
- Undergraduate degree with work experience in consulting, corporate strategy, business intelligence, business line management, or product management
- Experience managing clients or internal stakeholders
- Logical, structured thinking, and affinity for numerical analysis
- Advanced Word, Excel, and PowerPoint skills
- Ability to perform multiple tasks with multiple clients in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment
- Ability to communicate effectively in English and the local office language (if applicable)
