Job Summary
Role anchored in Mastercard's Advisors & Consulting Services Deploy team, responsible for acquiring, engaging, and retaining clients by leading projects across cards, payments, and financial services. Drives delivery excellence, program and change management, portfolio analysis, and data-driven recommendations. Develops executive dashboards, supports portfolio optimization, and translates client objectives into actionable roadmaps while mentoring junior team members and collaborating with internal leadership. Requires experience in project management, change management, client engagement, and strong analytical and communication skills.
Required Qualifications
- Undergraduate degree
- 6+ years of Project Management experience/7+ Cards Product & Payments and Portfolio Management experience
- Exposure to financial institutions, payments, and/or consultancies
- Experience managing clients or internal stakeholders
- Logical, structured thinking
- Advanced Word, Excel, and PowerPoint skills
- Ability to perform multiple tasks with multiple clients in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment
- Ability to communicate effectively in English and the local office language (if applicable)
