Job Summary
Collaborate with the General Manager to develop and implement strategic plans that enhance operational efficiency and achieve business goals. Oversee daily operations to ensure smooth workflow across the restaurant team while managing department heads to support performance targets and deliver exceptional customer service. Implement policies and procedures to uphold organizational standards, analyze operational data to identify improvement areas, and act as a liaison between team and management to resolve issues promptly. Uphold health, safety, and regulatory standards while promoting teamwork and professional development. Requires ServSafe certification, 2+ years of restaurant management experience, and ability to work varied shifts including days, evenings, weekends, and travel as needed.
Required Qualifications
- Detail-oriented, organized and able to manage multiple priorates that may be constantly changing
- Able to work a variety of shifts including days, evening, and weekends and travel as needed for work related functions and training
- Must be ServSafe certified or willing to obtain certification
- 2+ years of restaurant or retail management experience
- Must be 18 years of age or older
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- Possess a valid driver's license
