Job Summary
Build, publish, and QA web pages in the CMS across campaigns, promotional offers, and evergreen site content for equinox.com. Implement copy, imagery, and layout updates accurately while managing publishing calendars to ensure error-free go-lives. Conduct thorough device and browser testing, maintain an organized asset library, and participate in campaign briefings to validate module options and page structures. Perform regular live audits to identify outdated content or broken links, manage redirects, and support SEO best practices including meta titles and alt text. Collaborate with Integrated Marketing, Creative, and Digital teams to clarify CMS constraints and ensure feasible briefs.
Required Qualifications
- 3 years of experience in web content management, digital content operations, or content strategy
- Hands-on experience with Contentful or a similar enterprise CMS
- Strong attention to detail and practical editorial judgment
- Ability to manage multiple concurrent projects and deadlines independently
- Strong communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to clarify requirements, manage reviews, and escalate risks or gaps appropriately
- Strong written communication skills for QA notes, stakeholder updates, and internal feedback
- Must have a legal right to work in the United States
