Job Summary
The Associate Manager is responsible for ensuring high levels of client, customer, and associate satisfaction. Responsibilities include managing guest/patient services, overseeing hiring and training of associates, addressing customer complaints, and conducting performance appraisals. The role requires a proactive approach in recruitment, financial management, and maintaining strong relationships with clients. Applicants should possess knowledge of safety procedures, exceptional customer service skills, and proficiency in driving manual transmission. A minimum of one year experience in hospitality and an Associate’s degree are preferred.
Required Qualifications
- Valid driver’s license and clean driving record
- A minimum of one (1) year of related experience in hospitality
Desired Qualifications
- Knowledge of business writing, basic accounting and business metrics
- Computer proficiency and technical aptitude with MS Office (Excel, Word, Outlook) and various technology and point-of-sale applications
- Ability to effectively present information in group situations to guests, clients, and associates
- Ability to analyze and interpret business communications
