Associate Manager - Team Manager

Supervise the daily operations of the Provider Data Management team, including workload distribution, performance management, and staff development. Ensure provider demographic, credentialing, and contract data is accurately entered and maintained in all systems. Drive team performance by monitoring productivity, quality, and turnaround time; provide coaching, mentoring, and performance feedback. Manage attrition and other critical metrics; support projects involving system enhancements or process automation. Oversee end-to-end provider data entry to ensure accurate setup for claims payment, member assignment, and directory display. Investigate and resolve complex Provider Data Management issues. Leverage data analysis and healthcare operations experience to drive success; require strong verbal and written communication and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
