Associate Manager

Conduct daily reconciliation of Cash, positions, and transactions for Equity, Corporate Bond, MBS, Derivatives, Repo, Bank Loan, and private securities. Analyze security and cash position differences, coordinate break resolution with clients, prime brokers, counterparties, and internal departments, and upload trades via capture tools or auto-loaded files. Track corporate actions, monitor failed trades, and manage settlement processes while leading technical staff to resolve escalated issues. Administer company policies, provide direction to team members, and recommend procedural changes to meet department goals. Requires a Master's degree and one year of experience, or a Bachelor's degree and three years, or a high school degree and five years.
