Job Summary
Oversee daily Drive-In operations as Associate General Manager, lead team, hire/train, manage a profit-and-loss statement, resolve employee concerns, coach for performance, set clear expectations, create a positive shift atmosphere, communicate why tasks matter, and monitor performance metrics to ensure safe, sanitary, and guest-focused service in compliance with laws and standards.
Required Qualifications
- Prior management experience; restaurant or retail industry highly preferred (subject to franchise discretion)
- Associate’s degree in Business or related field preferred (subject to franchise discretion)
- Willingness to work irregular hours, including nights, weekends, and holidays
- Excellent leadership and communication skills
