Job Summary
Recommend Vantage-One/wmA product configurations to assist with overall system design and integration, selecting and coordinating technical product components to address business concerns. Lead team members while assisting sales and consulting engineering teams in designing and integrating products into customer environments. Address product requirements, usability, and change requests to define future functionality for end users and stakeholders. Requires twelve or more years of applications development experience, four years of leadership, and mainframe skills including COBOL, JCL, and DB2. Full-time role at DXC Technology in a global enterprise technology environment.
Required Qualifications
- Experience in mainframe applications with legacy skill set (COBOL, JCL, VSAM, DB2, etc.)
- Twelve or more years of applications development (conversion or migration project) experience
- Four or more years of leadership experience
- Experience working with application development and maintenance best practices
- Leadership skills to coordinate, oversee, develop and lead team members
- Good communication skills
- Good interpersonal and presentation skills for interacting with team members and clients
- Good analytical and problem solving skills
