Job Summary
Support a team of software engineers in the development of software products, providing guidance, code reviews, and technical support. Collaborate with cross-functional teams on project requirements and deliver successful software projects. Assist in the mentorship and professional growth of team members, manage project tasks, and proactively identify project risks.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in a relevant field (i.e., Computer Science) or equivalent combination of education and experience
- Typically, 6+ years of relevant work experience in industry
- Minimum of 2+ years in a similar role
- Proficiency in 1 or more software languages and development methodologies
- Strong programming and debugging skills
- Some prior experience in a leadership or mentoring capacity
- Familiarity with software development methodologies and best practices
- Good communication and teamwork skills
- Willingness to learn and grow in a leadership role
- Strong organizational and time management skills
Desired Qualifications
- Advanced degree in a related field is a plus
- Relevant certifications or training a plus
