Job Summary
Develop and execute the Retail Franchise Development plan for the assigned EMEA territory, translating regional priorities into market-relevant retailer stories and cross-category programs. Own day-to-day relationships with priority retailers and buyers, pitching integrated franchise programs, exclusive propositions, and joint business plans to drive distribution and sales. Lead activation planning from concept through execution, coordinating with internal teams from Category to Legal to deliver on-brand, operationally executable retail programs. Build a robust pipeline of future retail partnership opportunities, identify whitespace and emerging business models, and leverage market intelligence to influence EMEA strategies. Track activation performance and KPIs, conducting regular business reviews to ensure continuous improvement and disciplined commercial decision-making.
Required Qualifications
- 7+ years of experience in retail development, licensing, commercial sales, buying, franchise marketing, category management, or a related consumer products field
- Fluency in both German and English
- Degree in Business, Marketing, or a related discipline (or equivalent professional experience)
