Job Summary
Associate Manager- Publisher Sales to drive end-to-end sales cycles targeting mid to large enterprise accounts with a focus on video and display monetization. Identify and engage with enterprise accounts, present tailored monetization solutions, onboard them to our platform, and help optimize their ad stack. Build and manage strategic relationships with premium accounts and ad-tech partners to boost revenue and product adoption. Own forecasting, reporting, and CRM hygiene; lead, mentor, and manage a high-performing sales team; foster collaboration and growth. Oversee performance metrics and coaching plans to maximize productivity, deal conversion rates, and client satisfaction.
Required Qualifications
- 2-4 years in publisher sales
- Pro at initiating conversations through non-conventional reachouts
- Knows their way around programmatic, SSPs & video ad tech (bonus points!)
- Stellar negotiator, communicator & analytical thinker
- Self-starter with a hustler mindset
