Job Summary
Meet and exceed individual and store baseline goals for personal sales and KPI metrics inclusive of conversion, DPT, UPT, and Client Data Capture. Lead retail operations by training and developing store associates through consistent roleplay, coaching, and quarterly goalsetting while monitoring store manager initiatives. Enforce visual merchandising guidelines and execute client experience strategies utilizing client books and event tactics to drive sales. Manage personal timecards for payroll accuracy, maintain Tumi University Training, and deescalate situations while collaborating effectively with the team. Operate part-time under 20 hours within the Tumi Retail team, fostering an entrepreneurial spirit to build strong client relationships and grow the luxury travel brand.
