Job Summary
Meet and exceed individual and store baseline goals for personal sales and KPI metrics including conversion, DPT, UPT, and Client Data Capture. Lead the team by planning priorities, championing change, and coaching associates through roleplay and quarterly goalsetting to foster a 360-degree coaching culture. Ensure visual merchandising aligns with brand directives while deescalating client situations and maintaining strict compliance with payroll and Tumi University Training. Build strong client relationships through outstanding service, ethical conduct, and effective communication across all levels.
