Job Summary
Meet and exceed individual and store baseline goals for personal sales and KPI metrics including conversion, DPT, UPT, and Client Data Capture. Lead team development through consistent roleplay, coaching, and quarterly goalsetting while articulating strengths and utilizing company tools for a 360-degree coaching culture. Manage personal timecards for payroll accuracy, maintain Tumi University Training, and enforce visual merchandising guidelines to ensure a superior client experience. Demonstrate strategic thinking to champion change, deescalate situations, and collaborate effectively with the team. Work part-time under 20 hours with a focus on work-life balance and building strong client relationships within the luxury travel brand.
