Job Summary
Meet and exceed individual and store baseline goals for personal sales and KPI metrics inclusive of conversion, DPT, UPT and Client Data Capture. Manage personal timecards to ensure payroll accuracy and maintain Tumi University Training while adhering to all company policies. Lead by planning, prioritizing, and championing change to drive sales, build client awareness, and grow the brand. Coach and develop store associates through consistent roleplay, monitoring their progress and completing quarterly goalsetting. Enforce visual merchandising guidelines and execute event strategies to ensure a consistent superior client experience. Demonstrate ethical conduct, deescalate situations, and collaborate effectively with the team to promote business goals.
