Associate Manager PT 20-29 hours

Meet and exceed individual and store baseline goals for personal sales and KPI metrics inclusive of conversion, DPT, UPT, and Client Data Capture. Lead by planning, prioritizing, and championing change while taking responsibility for performance and completing assigned tasks with excellence. Coach and develop store associates through consistent roleplay, monitoring training progress and assisting the Store Manager with quarterly goalsetting. Clearly articulate strengths and opportunities to foster a 360-degree coaching culture, while exercising strong written and verbal skills to adapt communication upwards, laterally, and to the team. Ensure the store follows visual guidelines, enforce excellent client services using client books and event strategies, and deescalate situations calmly. Manage personal timecards for payroll accuracy and maintain Tumi University Training while adhering to all company policies.
