Part-time Associate Manager in the Tumi Retail team responsible for creating a luxury client experience and driving sales through outstanding service. Focuses on building and maintaining client relationships, achieving KPIs (conversion, DPT, UPT, Client Data Capture), training and developing staff, coaching for performance, and enforcing brand standards in the Costa Mesa store.
