Job Summary
Lead projects from ideation through commercialization, launch, and post-launch phases by defining deliverables, building robust timelines, and mitigating risks. Manage cross-functional teams across R&D, Marketing, and Supply Chain to ensure milestones are met while tracking progress against cost, quality, and customer service metrics. Maintain comprehensive project documentation, issue logs, and risk registers, and communicate status reports to stakeholders and executives. Apply root cause analysis to solve implementation challenges and drive end-to-end execution within regional teams.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree
- 5+ years of experience in project management
- Proven track record of delivering complex, cross-functional initiatives on time and within budget
- At least 3+ years of experience in a manufacturing environment
- Must be authorized to work in the United States now and in the future without sponsorship
Desired Qualifications
- Project Management (PMI) or Supply Chain (APICS) certification
- Experience in Project Management in consumer package goods development, manufacturing, purchasing, planning, distribution and/or commercialization
- Experience in new product launches, contract manufacturing, and financial analysis as it relates to operations
- Experience to interface, lead and build relationships with multiple levels and functions internal and external to the corporation
- Ability to motivate non-direct reports; keep teams working well together
- Ability to operate in a complex, non-structured environment
- Possess clear and concise communication skills/collaboration skills, especially across countries; orchestrate effective meetings
- Possess key attributes including creativity, adaptability, persuasiveness, and strategic thinking
- Demonstrates a high degree of initiative and excellent problem-solving skills
