Job Summary
Associate Manager Production Planning role focused on maintaining production records, validating fabric WIP status, updating cost files and PLM vs. assortment accuracy, and coordinating with sourcing, factories, and leadership. Key duties include weekly fabric WIP reviews, monthly consolidation of production matrices, ensuring cut orders and due dates are accurate, reviewing assortments against projections, coordinating trims and color submissions, maintaining master price files, and presenting updates for seasonal planning. Requires bilingual English/Spanish, a bachelor’s degree (or 4 years equivalent experience), and 3–5 years of data and planning experience; on-site in Tamboril, Dominican Republic.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Merchandising, Business, Planning or 4 years equivalent experience
- Minimum 3 to 5 years of experience in data handling and Excel
- Experience with PLM
- Experience with SCALE INV MGMT system
- Proficient in English and Spanish
- Office-based, on-site collaboration
- Strong communication and collaboration skills
- Attention to detail and strategic thinking
- Experience in textile plants environments
