Job Summary
Manage procurement activities for assigned External Manufacturers across Thailand, Bangladesh, Malaysia, and Singapore, overseeing sourcing and purchasing of raw materials, packaging, and manufacturing services. Lead negotiations to secure commercial agreements, deliver annual cost savings, and ensure supply continuity while tracking supplier KPIs. Conduct spend analysis to identify sourcing opportunities and support New Product Development projects through supplier engagement. Collaborate with cross-functional teams including Supply Chain, R&D, and Marketing to drive strategic initiatives aligned with regional and global objectives.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's in Engineering or related fields
- Minimum 8 years of experience in procurement in Fast-Moving Consumer Goods (FMCG) industry
- Ability to lead and conduct system improvements to drive greater effectiveness at a regional level
- Solid stakeholders and vendors management experience
