Job Summary
Lead procurement for packaging materials, raw materials, and manufacturing fees for contract manufacturers in ASEAN markets. Drive cost savings, new product development, supplier relationship management, and inflation control through ideation, analysis, and execution aligned with regional and global strategy. Apply best practices to develop market understanding, track supplier KPIs, and lead negotiations to secure commercial agreements while ensuring SAP transaction compliance. Collaborate with internal customers, regional purchase communities, and diversity managers to build strong working relationships.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's in Engineering or related fields
- Minimum 8 to 10 years of experience in procurement in Fast-Moving Consumer Goods (FMCG) industry
- Ability to lead and conduct system improvements to drive greater effectiveness at a regional level
- Solid stakeholders and vendors management experience
- SAP transaction and procedures compliance
