Associate Manager, Performance Marketing

Job Summary
MoneyHero Hong Kong is hiring an Associate Manager, Performance Marketing to drive profitable growth across core verticals (credit cards, loans, insurance, investments). You will plan, execute, optimize and report paid media campaigns across Google Search, Performance Max, Meta, display, retargeting and other acquisition channels, manage campaigns in-house without external agencies, own vertical targets (applications, approvals, revenue, CAC/CPA, gross profit contribution), and collaborate with Growth, Commercial, Content, Product and Data teams. You will coach or manage a peer marketer to ensure strong execution quality and consistent optimization discipline across verticals. Responsibilities include budget pacing, testing hypotheses, tracking checks, cross-functional alignment, and regular performance reporting. The role requires hands-on expertise with major advertising platforms (Google Ads, DV360, Facebook/Meta, etc.), strong ROI focus, and experience operating in a regional/fintech marketing environment. This position is described as hybrid in Hong Kong with a five-day work week and in-house performance marketing ownership across verticals.
Required Qualifications
- 5–8 years of experience in digital / performance marketing
- At least 3 years of hands-on experience managing paid media campaigns directly with a track record of meeting aggressive ROI and growth targets
- Strong project management and organizational skills; able to work with stakeholders across multiple markets and functions
- Strong communication, presentation and interpersonal skills - experience working in a regional marketing role and/or agency a plus
- In-depth understanding and experience using various performance marketing platforms including, but not limited to, Google Ads, Google Search Ads 360, Facebook ads manager, DV 360, etc.
- Experience managing large scale paid advertising budgets against business objectives and ROI targets
- Hands on experience using Google Analytics, DoubleClick Campaign Manager, etc.
- Experience running A/B tests to drive optimization
- Ability to use both qualitative and quantitative data to develop strategy recommendations and optimization tactics
- Commercially sharp, data-driven and ROI-focused
- Proactive self-starter
